个人简历
张涛，博士、教授、博士生导师。男，1977年7月生，2000年3月和2003年12月分获解放军信息工程大学信号与信息处理专业硕士和博士学位，2014年12月获教授任职资格。2019年1月加盟常熟理工学院，任计算机科学与工程学院教授、研究生导师。现为中国电子学会通信学分会多媒体信息安全专委会委员、中国计算机学会会员、中国图形图象学会会员、ieee会员。
先后主持和参与国家和省部级科研课题20多项，获省部级科技进步三等奖4项。在《information sciences》、《signal processing》、《软件学报》、《通信学报》等国内外期刊和会议上发表论文80余篇，sci收录20余篇，出版学术著作1部。指导的硕士学位论文先后获全军和河南省优秀硕士学位论文各一次。
